Florida First Financial Group - Lee Alan And Reed RipOff, Scams, Harassment, Very Threatening Tampa Florida

My husband and I moved to Kissimmee FL for a brief while so my husband could attend college. We ended up after a while breaking a lease at the apartment we were staying at, yes, we paid them to break our lease. We just couldn't afford the rent every month.

8 months later I get a phone call from Paul Blake telling me he was with the ATTORNEY Lee Alan & Reed. He went on saying we owed the apartment $2275.00. When I asked him how we owed that much, he went on rambling this and that which I couldn't make sence of. I later found out he was NOT an attorney.

He told me we could settle out of court for 1100.00 as long as I had a 100.00 dollar money order to him by the following Friday (may 29). I told him I had just started working and that I had no checking account so I would overnight the money to him Thursday morning (may 28, my payday). He flat out called me a liar over not having a checking account during several of his phone calls.

He called SEVERAL times that week trying to get the money right then. He called again on Wed (may 27) asking if I had overnighted the money yet. When I told him no he continued saying that he JUST KNEW I had gotten paid that day. And told he that if he did not have the money Friday that he was going to skip going to court and GARNISH MY WAGES!!!!

When I told him he would have the 100.00 money order he LAUGHED at me and proceeded to tell me that he had to have all 1100.00 in one payment, which was due to him that Friday. We argued about our 100.00 agreement for about a half an hour. It gets better.

Friday rolled around and he had no money from us. He called once again saying that we could make payments...4 payments of 300.00 each, thats 1200.00 dollars. If he did not have the money in 1 months time that he was going to have to charge us 4000.00 due to fines and fees he was going to tack on despite not being able to tell me what the fees were for!!!

He has not called back since but then again June isn't over either. I guess we'll see. Although I spoke with my job and learned he cannot legally garnish my wages since it is not due to my taxes.
