FLORIDA TECH UNIVERSITY/UNIVERSITY ALLIANCE FIT After several harassment calls to enroll, now everyone is silent and can't get assistance from any admin personnel to assist with a BILL which I am NOT responsible for! Internet

I am a victim of online schooling, and will NEVER make that mistake of enrolling with any school online. Prior to enrolling with FIT (Florida Tech University) I received several calls from different Admin personnel, they bombarded me with calls; at home/cell etc; to ensure that I enroll with them.

Since that I received my HS education out of the US, they asked for several documents which needed to be processed, before getting me fully matriculated. I have Copied/Faxed every single document they have asked for, and they allowed me to start classes online. Upon Finals, I received an email from a student advisor that they needed ONE MORE document to have me fully matriculated. This got me really weary of the school. I found it weird that they allowed me to start classes, participate and waited ONLY for THE LAST MINUTE to say one more documented was needed, as they come to a close; I will have to pay out of pocket for the classes because I wasn't fully matriculate yet, and Financial Aid couldn't approve my application.

I have saved all the emails between admin personnel and myself. Now that they are done with me, NOBODY is willing to hear my case from (FIT/University Alliance) and then I received a bill in the mail yesterday, saying that I have a balance of $750, and if I don't pay it will be taken to a third party to collect the funds. Why should I pay for something which was totally the school's fault? Why ask a student for a last minute document UPON FINALS?? weird isn't it?? I fully co-operated with all documents the school needed prior to getting registered, I just find it strange upon FINALS, they will send an email saying they need ONE more document, and I will have to pay out of pocket. I hope nobody else is a victim like myself, STAY AWAY from these schools!!
