florida passport called me on the phone they had my checking account number, they told me they would send me a package to examine if i did not want it to call and cancil which i did then i found out they took out $149dollars frommy checking,i wrote tem three times for are fund, i never got

Keep on calling them! 'Press 0 to talk to a customer representative.' Get the representative's name and even his/her extension number. Write the days and times you called and the name of the representative you talked to. KEEP ON CALLING THEM. Also, write to them. When I first called that company, they told me they will issue a refund and it would take 24-48 processing plus mailing time. After a week, I still didn't get my refund. I called again and talked to another cus rep, and he told me I had to write to them stating why I should get a refund. It may be hard and may take a long time, but it's the only thing you could do to have your money back. I got my refund from Florida Passport and Agents Travel Network. It took a long time, but at least I got my money back.
