the florilli trucking co should drop the tr. and put in f. so people will really know how they are.....my husband drove one of their suppose to be great trucks and was done bad when he would not put up with it any more..they told him to drop his p.o.s.truck in b.ham at the petership dealer and not to bring it to iowa to their yard...and then put on his dac.file he had abandoned the truck and he has a paper showing to do just that ...so dont ever work for this co...unless you are willing to get screwed........they are a bunch of conartist ....and liars from hell......

I m a truck driver myself ive spoken to another driver once that had simmaler a situation .
He told me that what you can do is:
(1)if like you say have the hard coppy of this letter to leave the truck coppy it /certify mail it to dac services(first call to find out who is the top brass there ) send it directly to this individule with the terms that only this person alone can sign for it.
(2)Also enclose a letter stating that you disagree with this report and demand to have this resolved. YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUTE THIS THERES LAWS THAT PERTAIN TO THE CREDIT /REPORTING AND THIS DIRECTLY AFFECTS THIS.
You may not beable to get it erased but you sure can demand that youre side be told possibly you could demand that youre letter stating to leave the truck be added to the report or that a coppy of this letter sent along to the person requesting it.
Also I would consult a great attourney, unfortunatly I have an accident on my report that Ifeel shouldnt be there I was hit in the rear of my truck while waiting for a red light by a 4 wheeler yet it just says accident MY ATTOURNEY IS WORKING ON THIS simply amazing how someone can leave out pertinate information and or leave it up to ammagenation guess thats why theres laws/rights and by law they are not responcible to tell you about them nor have to chainge the report unless you yake the leagle steps (it is youre rights/theres the laws) wish you yhe best write let me know how you make out via this report.
