Bad business florist.
This company is an online florist. They took money from people place orders to send flowers and they will send the orders to other retail florists to fill the order. They promise to pay the order in 2 days and they sound quite professional.
When we took their order on 1-14-2014 to deliver flowers to Wetseals, Foothill Ranch, CA, we submitted the invoice to Florist Concierge as instructed. After 1 month, we did not receive nothing from them. We resubmitted the invoice again. After 2 months, we still do not receive payment. We called their toll free number and got no response and no one will never return phone call.
We start worrying this is a scam. We go to Ripoff report for help and see other florists got deceive as well.
I sincere if someone can stop the scam and make Florist Concierge paid what they owe to other florists.
