Fluor (daniel) Govt. Services Fluor Daniel Employment Scam greenville, South Carolina

I was working on a job outside of the U.S. in the Philippines, when I was contacted by a company in which I had submitted a resume in the past. It was Fluor Daniel, for a job in Afghanistan. Since I had worked on 3 previous Govt. projects I thought I'd give it a try. I filled out the application and other necessary papers from the Philippines. After my employment history was checked, a few days later I got a confirmation email and a formal offer letter which clearly stated that the offer of employment can now only be changed through a written agreement between myself and the VP of HR. That was on Dec. 4, 2009. That day, I got an email telling me they (Fluor) has scheduled me an appointment for a complete physical and dental exams on Dec. 8, 2009. So, I left the Philippines to come to Texas to get that done. (since, that had to be done in the U.S. and I had a part-time home in Texas).

I travelled 8,000 miles. I had to pay for that myself. I paid for the medical and dental exams, police fingerprints, vaccination shots and more. After not hearing from them for weeks in Texas, (now Jan 13, 2010)  I sent them many emails and finally I got a response telling me to "be patient".  Then, after more emails I finally got another response, informing me that I woulden't be hired after all, since I had a discrepancy on my application (that was approved on December 3, 2009.)

Now, it has been brought to my attention that Fluor gets reimbursed by the Govt. for the medical exams, dental exams, vaccination shots, etc.... The problem is I PAID FOR ALL OF THAT. They needed me to take the exams, and pay for it, then they simply bill the Govt. After all, the Govt. doesn't know I paid for it. I'm nowhere around. They get reimbursed multiple times if the first person isn't hired.

Sure, they do hire people. But, it's more profitable to charge the Govt. for more exams and vaccinations, if the first potential employee "just didn't work out". When the fact is: I have verifiable proof of employment --- 90 dollars per hour as a constr. supt., no criminal history, no bad credit, active in community. And absolutely no reason to be denied a job 43 days after I was approved for one, other than to scam the Govt.

My out of pocket expenses are over $ 3,000.00
