I found Flycell located on my bill. Called their 1-800 number which is just a phone mail hell without ever getting to a real person.

I did some research and here's REAL contact information. Flycell is located in New York City at:

120 Broadway, 15th Floor
New York NY 10271

There corporate phone directory is: 212-400-1212 (Yes, that's the real number).

First person to contact is Ulysses at extension 439. He claims to be Customer Support Services Representative. I talked to him, and he promised a check for the refund in 15 to 21 business days. (Your check is in the mail!). I'll call him back Mid-December if I haven't heard yet. Didn't give his last name, and he didn't leave it in the corporate directory either.

You can also contact Mark Lehmann, the Marketing Directory or the big-scum himself CEO Alberto Montesi. I don't have their extensions, but you can get to them via the corporate directory (Press "9").

You can also let Flycell know what you think by commenting on their blog at http://mocoblog.com/. I know several bloggers who've quit when they realized that the company they were shilling for was so despised. With enough comments on the blog, it'll affect the mood of the entire company, and people will quit left and right.

I also highly recommend that each and everyone of you contact the attorney general of your state and of the state of New York, Andrew M. Cuomo. Complaint forms can be found at http://www.oag.state.ny.us/complaints/complaints.html.

You should also contact the New York Public Service Commission since they have more direct over site in Telecommunications. I don't know if Flycell counts as something under the NYPSC, but might as well pester them anyway. Their complaint form is located at http://www.dps.state.ny.us/New_complaints_disputes.html. I would definitely file a complaint with them with your cellphone service provider for allowing Flycell to charge your number. If the cell phone providers have enough complaints, they'll stop allowing Flycell to put charges on their bills, and Flycell will be out of business in minutes.

Be nice when you call. Pretend they're a legitimate company and they must have made a mistake which you're only trying to clear up. Screaming and name calling won't get you anywhere.

If you never signed up, ask how you were signed up. I asked, and Ulysses claimed that my son texted their number, and then received a confirmation text message. I told them I'd check with my cellphone provider to see if that we received a text message. That's when they offered me the refund.

If you don't get where you want with this company, complain to the Attorney General. The AG will send a legal letter asking for clarification. The company's response will be "It was just a misunderstanding. We'll refund the money. Please don't investigate us!".
