This account was opened in 1994 and was settled in around 1999 or earlier now the company after 13 years is trying to say we owe 3,131.18 to sears the account was owned by pinnacle credit services and now fms owns it and is trying to collect the debt. i tried contacting the credit bureau to see if we can get a copy of the credit report from at least 1997-2000 but they said they can't help. My wife keeps every reciept but i still have boxes to go through to look for it. If any one can help in this matter i would really appreciate it.
