I went to Bsleep.com because 2 of my friends had purcahsed their Memory foam beds through them last year. I filled out the form saying that I was interested in purchasing the bed. I received a call from someone at Foam Experts within a few minutes, which I thought was great customer service. I placed my order on 10/03/2006, I was told that delivery would take 14 to 20 days, Which I had no problems with.
After nearly 4 weeks, I still hadn't received delivery of the bed. I decided to go back to their website to get a contact number for the company. However the website was down when I went to it. I gave tnem the benfit of the doubt and thought that maybe they were having technical difficulties. After a couple of days of not being able to get on their site I did some research and found many complaints about the company that had purchased B-sleep which was Foam Experts. I went to their website to get a contact info, but there is none on the site. I had to contact my bank to get their phone number.
When I called, an answering machine said that there had been a small fire at their warehouse and it had delayed their orders. So I left a message with them to contact me to give me a time frame for delivery. I've still not gotten a call back from them since I called them 10 days ago and I've left multiple messages. I had to call my bank and cancel the order, for me to get my money back.
If it hadn't been for my 2 good friends recommending Bsleep.com I would have done my research and found out that it had gone out of bussiness and sold the name of the site.
Stay away from this Co. they were quick to take my money, But are just a bunch of rip-off artist.

Our office had a fire and 2 people almost got killed. We apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused due to our website and phone numbers being disconnected. We are going to ship every one who ordered a product their product once we recieve our insurance claim back.
Unfortunately we will not be doing business any longer, but the products will still be warrantied by the manufacturers directly.
If you are thinking we ripped you off you are dead wrong. Our phones were lost, our computers were lost and all of our paper work was lost. We lost too much to continue. We are sorry for all the 8 customers who still have open orders with us, and we promise to ship your products within a few weeks time.
If you do not want to wait you can simply call your credit card company and tell them that due to a fire with the company you purchased from will no longer be shipping products for at least 3-4 weeks and you cannot wait. Ask for a refund on your card and dispute the charges. Your credit card company should give you back your money and we will no longer be obligated to pay YOU the customer... We will make arrangements to pay back the merchant once this is all done.
Once again we apologize to all our past customers this has affected.

I would check out leep.com as well. I think the e-mail address is bogus, but perhaps the contact name isn't James Stanmyer. Here's what a white page search came up with: (( link redacted by ROR)) Good luck.

Now as of 11/8/2006 not only is Bsleep.com down but also Foamexperts.com, this should definetly raise red flags as to the honesty of this Co.
People If you are looking for a good company when it come to memory foam beds go to (((ROR REDACTED COMPETITORS NAME))). They seem to be straight forward with you, they even have live chat with their customer support.
sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
