Foamorder.com sold an inadequate mattress and failed to accept return or reasonably accomodate customer San Francisco California

I bought a tri-fold foam mattress from foamorder.com. I own one trifold foam mattress from a different manufacturer and I wanted a second one. Unfortunately the one from Foamorder.com is shipped with such a poor quality of foam that one feels the floorboards through the foam while sleeping on it, resulting in a restless night of sleep. Clearly a "mattress" that does not allow one to sleep through the night without feeling the floorboards is a defective product that does not perform as advertised.

I wrote to foamorder.com, explained the problem, and asked them to either provide an alternative foam or accept the mattress in return. They refused to honor either of my requests - at best they offered me a 15% discount on an additional purchase.

I recommend not purchasing from foamorder.com
