FocalPrice.com Take The Money and Run Internet

I placed an order with FocalPrice.com on 10-Aug-2011 at 11:25pm which would have made it 11-Aug-2011 11:25am Hong Kong time. I was unfamiliar with them and not very sure if I wanted to make the purchase. After placing the order I decided to pay using PayPal.

I thought I would get a chance to review the order before the payment was submitted, which is always the case, but after clicking continue like I always do to look at the order I received a message saying my order was complete...needless to say I am not a happy camper so I immediately try to call FocalPrice.com but of course they are not located in the USA and the phone number provided does not work so I email them. 

I sent the email out within hours of placing the order approx. 1:00am on 11-Aug-2011 and hoped for a response. I also placed a dispute with PayPal against FocalPrice.com and waited. At 5:30am 11-Aug-2011 I received an email from FocalPrice.com as follows:

After checking, I am sorry to tell you do not have the chance to cancel your order. Your order T8753367 was shipped on 8/11 without a tracking number. Please kindly allow more time for the order to be delivered.
 
I think that is total BS and they are Taking the Money and Running! I have never had a purchase paid for, processed, and shipped out so quickly in all my life. I understand they are in Hong Kong and it is a time difference from my location, but come on?

Long story short don't trust these people and if you do Please, Please use PayPal because at least your money will be protected. And I'm not expecting a package, as a matter of fact I'm almost 100% positive that I'll never receive anything from them but excuses if that.
