Focus Receivables Management Harrasment Marietta Georgia

I recieved harrasing phone calls from this agency. While i do not think very much of their empty threats, i am very displeased with there unprofessionalism in dealing with me, and I am sure that i am not the first to have an issue of some kind with this agency.

I want to share with everyone who may read this, a way to fight back.

Focus Receivables Management is an organization that is certified by an agency known as the Commercial Collection Agency Association (CCAA) The purpose of this certification is to place a stamp of approval on a collection agencies ability to meet the highest possible standards in their dealings. There is a code of ethics that the agency must comply with in order to maintain their certification. If they were to loose this certification they would no longer be serviceable to large compaies that provide them with the majority of there business.

I have filed a complaint with this agency and I would encourage as many others as possible to do the same.
