Forclousure Assistance Solutions they took our 1400$ and will not return our phone calls. Clearwater Florida

My boyfriend Chris and I received a post card from Foreclousure Asst. Solutions stating that we had been pre-selected to receive the offer of a refinance loan from Nations Funding Ltd. to lower our monthly payments and help us save Chris's home. They told us on the phone that they had 3 different plans available and were certain they could help us. We had to send them 1400.00$ up-front but if they couldnt help us they would refund our money. Wendy Scott was the person we were working with(1-888-249-2529 ext220. She called Chris and told him he needed to send 4500.00$ to his mortage company. We did not have that kind of money and I tried to get back in touch with her to find out What that was all about but she has not called me back. We have attempted to contact them every day this week with no luck. In the mean time we have received forclousure papers from the mortgage co that state we have 10 days to respond and that we should get legal advice regarding the matter.
