I'am writing this comment in reference to an payment agreemant that was made between myself and Ford Motor credit of $200.00 per month before the payment was made I informed the representative that I would contact my bankruptcy attorney because the bankruptcy paperwork stated that the account was paid in full.My attorney then told me that in bankruptcy cases if the case is dismissed then whatever interest that is accrued said company can seek the payment of such.

I called the representative back in about a week after I heard back from my attorney so that we could work out some type of payment.  The representative (Alice) was very rude and unbending, she accused me of hanging up on her, which I never did any such thing and told her we may have been disconnected because I was on a cell phone at work and the reception was bad.

However, she still insisted that I get her $1,000 within a 48 hour period, she said she had already dispatched that my car be repossessed and If I did'nt have the money to her by Monday the reprossession would be carried out.  This was on a Friday evening and I explained to her that I did'nt have that kind of money due to my wife had lost her job back in January of this year and we just did'nt have it.  She said if If wanted to keep the car than I need to do something or she would repossess it.

Then she said she wanted another 600.00 in two weeks.  I told her I didn't have an additional 600.00 and she threatend to take the van if I didn't get her another 600.00 within a week.  We have not received any type of court order stating that the car can be repossessed, this was a phone conversation only.  I asked could I speak with Alice supervisor and I was refused and never connected with the supervisor to explain my current financial situation.

I again called back and was immediately threatened with repossession of my vehicle even before I could make the first payment and they would not accept any settlement.Because of the threat of repossession of my vehicle I western union a payment of $1,000.00 dollars they expect another payment of $600 in one week.Still with the threat of repossession. The acct# is ****************3666.  This is worst than a loan shark.   It is so sad that you have  good people being threatend like this.
