Very, very disappointed..........Shame on you Jay Vincent.........upon the onset I inquired, when along with their Inspector's program to earn $500-$750 per week, was told that in my zip code alone their are over 1,200 foreclosed properties (I do 100% Agree-Grand Rapids, Mi), paid $89.00 for a background check, was mailed a booklet-pamphlet (I consider very poor quality-1960's grammar school teacher mimeograph machine quality).  I then took the testing which a assumed would be on their intenet site, although after further inquiring was told to answered the 3-4 part testing in the booklet and mail back for review.  Well, after two weeks I called and was told I scored aT the top, and was approved as a on-call Certified Sub-Contractor (Inspector) (this is the highest rating according to the person I spoke with). Then was asked to provide E & O and general liability insurance, after exploring costs, premiums were $2,000.00+, I was offered waiver of liability for $149.00 and paid for the waiver, was mailed this piece of paper to sign and fax back, which I did (these docs can be Google'd on the Internet all day long).

Great, now a Certified Sub-Contractor, was told to make an identification badge to wear visibly, which I performed on a MS Word format and created an attractive I.D

Bottom line, this is where it ends, was told I would be contacted to perform required inspections utilizing their docs which they emailed (final docs are fine).

Called numerous times, emailed Jay Vincent, was told to read the orientation outline by using a supplied password

That's where it ends...................have received no inspections, though I would be flooded with work.............That's where it ends, my gut feeling is they collect around $ 250.00 and thats it, WHERE DO THEY GET THEIR LEADS FOR THE INSPECTIONS, WHAT FINANCIAL INSTUTIONS DO THEY HAVE AN ALLIENCE WITH?
