Brandice Labadie & Robert Raff are criminals!  They are running one of the biggest short sale scams in the country!  Florida is leading in these type of scams and Robert should know since thats were hes from!  First of all the company president is Brandice Labadie because Rob couldnt put it in his name and she is too dumb to realize she in "on the hook" and soon to find out!  Brandice worked for a guy who did short sales and pitched the idea to Rob who decided to turn it into a business.  These two incompetent clowns had NO IDEA what they were doing and are causing numerous people to go into foreclosure because of their incompetence. According to their postings on myspace etc they say they close 40 deals a month?  What a frickin lie!  I gave these idiots 16 deals one of which was my OWN HOME.  It took them 8 mths to close the first deal and needless to say these incompetent idiots let my place go into foreclosure!  Yep! I gave my (home) deal directly to Rob and 3 months later he called and said "sorry dude" you need to re submit the deal?  I then send docs to his right hand man Jason Mccune and was told it had first priority?  I stayed on top of it checking in week after week.  Jason assured me he had all docs.  Next thing I know "7 mths into the deal they lost it again and asked me to re submit again??  What a bunch of fricking idiots!  Rob Raff being the #1 idot refused to take responsibility saying "Jason was just fired"?  I guess that makes it OK?   God, this is the kind of BS I have dealt with ever since I made the mistake of talking to Rob Raff and his scam BS!  Rob likes to play the big man saying things like "hey, people dont like me cuz I tell it like it is"  Oh really Rob?  If thats the case you must realize your a complete con man and a first class idot!  Everyone calls you a criminal and its not because you make money its because your a criminal and you dont make any significat money you little toad!  Your ripoffs are going to catch up to you believe me!   First alittle about Robert Raff.  Rob is about 5ft 2in and about 140 lbs and smokes 2 packs of cigarettes a day.  Rob has text book "napolian syndrome" or "little mans" disease.  Rob talks about how he likes to "build things" and how hes a "visionary" all to compensate for his short stature.  In meetings Rob tells people the FPP (Foreclosurepreventionpros) is the largest short sale company in MI??  What a joke!  They have about 3-5 people working for them and none of them know what they are doing!  Rob tells people that a prominant attorney in florida gave FPP the "green light" meaning all was up to legal standards etc..  Rob said this was in the newspaper but when asked to provide this Rob could not.  Rob said the same thing about the FBI which was another lie.  Rob also said the the average net spread in MI was $10,000-$15,000   which is another total lie.  Rob and his accomplice Brandice Labadie started FPP sometime in 08-09 and tell everyone it was started in 06?  Another lie!  When I went to a pretend meeting in june of 09 they were just starting a half a*s web site which was and still is a joke!  Looks like they finally got all the spelling errors corrected.  I made the fatal mistake to believe in Robs bullshit and bought into a FPP franchise.  It was soon after that I realized that FPP was a total joke and doing "double closing" among other illegal activites!  I should have known since ever person I asked about Rob said he was a criminal and with further investingation I found out Rob was sued by a business partner in the mortgage scam he was running.  Rob also was caught up in an FBI sting in which Rob was buying and selling stolen office supplies.  If you listen to Robs excuses which are many he tries to convince people he has done no wrong.  Rob along with 95% of the idiots that sold mortgages are all criminals and liars!  Rob tells people he had 800 agents working for him in the mortgage business which means he had maybe 100.  Everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie!  Look at this idiots face book and you can see what a wanna be he is.  Rob is a little man desperatly seeking attention through lies.  Brandice Labadie must be desperate to hang out with this little criminal who is struggling to make ends meet.  Legit business return monies if they are at fault but Rob and Brandice would rather face criminal charges or bad publicity because they are too stupid and greedy.  As a broker with FPP your screwed!  Once they get your money they then change the program and add whats called agent direct which means if the place is FHA they only pay the agent $295 and the broker 0 which is exactly what I have made since working with these incompetent idiots!  FPP closed 3 deals and what a coincidence they were all agent direct?  Rob has some scam worked out with a realestate company "5 star" for a kick back scheme.  Country wide and Bank of America will have nothing to do with FPP as most other banks wont either soon because I am shutting them down!   I talked to both banks and they said FPP is a total joke and they would risk even talking with them!  So their you have it!  Brandice Labadie & Rob Raff are scam artists and all their business activites are scams!  Rob also pretends to be a web site builder etc..  What a joke!  That scam is called Skyaimmedia inc.  Brandice has another scam going called national settlement group in which they do double closings and other illegal activies .  Its just a matter of time before these two dirt bags are in jail or facing criminal charges.  STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS OR YOU WILL FIND OUT!
