     Pursuant to information I found here, I filed a claim with the bond company, Capitol Insurance Companies against their bond #41163795 with a gentleman named Gary Horst who can be contacted at (608)829-4200 and received $2000 of the $3000 I paid this crooked person.  The whole process took about 3 weeks and there were NO issues with them paying us.  A good email address is bondclaims@capitol.net.  The forms they sent are VERY easy to complete and they want a copy of the original contract, and either the receipt or (both sides) of the cancelled check with which you paid this so and so.  I understand it may not help you save your house, but it WILL give you some of your money back.  To my understanding, EVERY claim that has been submitted has been paid.  Good luck to you.

just because in their letter they state that they are filing bankruptcy doesn't mean anything they are still 100% liable for any financial obligations i would contact division of mortgage , district attorney David Roger , they also to be licensed they would have to be bonded and insured i would pursue them till the very end and see them put away in prison . i also know these people and am sure that they are scam artists
