Foreclosure Shortsale Specialists Debbie Paaren Debbie Paaren took $4600 cash, did no work and now we're losing our homes that we raise our kids and foster children in!!! Las Vegas, Nevada

I am a disabled mother of 5 who is seperated from her husband (due to so many stresses Debbie created) and scared.  Debbie Paaren took our money, $4600, but didn't do any of the work on our homes that she told us she was working on.  Now, our homes are being sold (one has been already).  We have nowhere to go. I fear that my children (including foster children) and I will be living in a shelter soon.  My kids are afraid the state is going to take them away from us and the foster kids are terrified to go back in to foster care.  Foster care is sometimes scarier and harsher than living on the streets...
We were referred to Debbie Paaren by a close friend.  We trusted in what she was telling us that she was doing on our accounts.  We paid her $4,600 cash up front (we have receipts) to do loan modifications on both homes that my husband and I occupy (we are seperated).  We share custody of our children and foster children.  We LIVE in these homes!  These are not vacant investment properties!  These homes are where children do their homework and lay their heads at night to sleep.
Debbie gave us "our new payments" and told us NOT to make a payment on the houses until the loan mod had been completed.  We asked her several times if we should make a payment because we were getting a LOT of mail from the lenders.  She still told us very firmly, "Do not make any payments until we get these loans finished".  So we didn't.
One morning, I came home from dropping the kids off at school and there was a notice taped to my door.  They were selling our house in 3 days!  This was a Friday and the sale was Monday morning at 10am!  I raced to the other house.  That one was for sale too!  We had 10 days to Pay In Full on that house. 
My husband left work and went immediately to Debbie's office.  Apparently, he had been trying to get ahold of her all week and there was no reply from her.  Debbie's office was barren.  No computers, no employees, NOTHING.  Her cell phone voicemail box was full and could take no more messages.  The office number was disconnected.
We went to Consumer Credit Counseling and did worksheets that they asked us to do.  Citimortgage (the lender for the home I live in) gave me 10 days to pay in full, supposedly.  However, they tried to sell our home the next day.  It didn't sell, so the loan reverted back to them, the lender.  Litton Mortgage (the home my husband lives in) gave us 30 days to come up with a plan.  I have someone who will buy our homes if need be, but now we don't even have that option. 
We trusted this woman to just DO HER JOB!!!  All she had to do was file some paperwork and make some phone calls.  She did NOTHING.  She took our money and put our file in a drawer, never to be worked on again. 
I am not just losing a home.  I am losing my children.  My life.  I fear that I will have nothing to live for anymore.  Debbie Paaren took all of this away from us.  She just didn't care what the ramifications of her NON actions did to people's lives.  There is always a heart in a home, and ours is now broken.
