I registered online for the free 7 day trial access on November 19th, 2008, to locate a possible house to buy. I emailed and cancelled my free trial on November 23rd, 5 days into the free trial period.

In December, I noticed a $79.00 charge to my credit card acocunt. I immediately contacted them again by email, as every time I call the 800 number, all I get is a busy signal. I got a response from them and after I forwarded the email showing I had cancelled my free trial within the free time frame, the customer service rep told me she would get the credit processed and my credit card would be credited back.

In January, I still did not receive a credit on my credit card and again contacted them by email. Again showing that I did cancel my account with them within the free trial period.

Once more, I contacted them in February, again with the same information and requesting that my credit card be credited the $79.00 fee that was incorrectly charged. I have yet to receive a response or credit back of the $79.00 fee that they fraudulently charged my credit card account.

If you are having trouble getting your refund from the Foreclosurestore.com/ aka Jordan Publishing in Connecticut, and you cancelled your free trial membership within the allotted free time frame, then file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and provide them with proof of your claim. I was refunded my money within one months time.
