I signed up for Foreclosure World on the Internet after receving an e-mail from them for the 7-day trial of $8.95. On day 8 they charged my credit card for $297.00.
I immediately notified them that I did not authorize this amount and after 2 attempts to reach them, they responded saying that if I did not cancel prior to day 8, that was authorizing them to charge my credit card the additional $297.00.
I contacted my bank the same day and filed a Fraud claim, reversing my credit card charge. Foreclosure World wrote to me and said that my attempting to get out of paying for my subscription, they would prosecute to the fullest.
Do not use this website. The information is less than helpful and a waste of even the $8.95. It's a SCAM to get your credit card number so they can continue putting charges on your card without first contacting you.
