Beware of this online retailer! They claim that they have a money back guarantee, stating on the website "ForeverWed guarantees your complete satisfaction with every purchase." However, this proved false for my only purchase with the store. My fiance and I spent about $185 on some brown grooming bags that looked real nice on the website (the bags were roughly $165 of our bill), and we even ordered some nameplates that appeared to be gold on the website to match the brown bags (we paid $20 for these). Well, the bags originally came to us with blank gold nameplates, separate from the bags, and they were not engraved. A few days later, we received large silver engraved nameplates in the mail, with sticky glue on the back to stick them to the bags. The bags (costing $33 each), were real cheap leatherette, and we didn't like the silver engraved nameplates because they didn't match the bags and could probably fall right off since they were essentially plastic stickers. We clicked on the website's "Money Back Guarantee" and read it carefully. It says that ForeverWed guarantees our satisfaction with every purchase. It did state later on that personalized items would not be refunded. We decided the silver nameplates that we paid $20 for were a loss. We kept the unpersonalized bags in their original plastic packaging, and sent them back, hoping to get our $165 back, or at least $165 minus a small restocking fee. We even paid over $20 to ship them from Atlanta back up to Washington. Unfortunately, they said since we ordered nameplates, that the bags were considered "personalized" and they wouldn't be able to refund us. This was very disappointing, as my fiance and I were set back $200 from all of this and the unpersonalized bags were in their plastic packaging, sitting in Seattle. I guess I should have expected this from buying from an untested internet retailer. I urge everyone great caution if you are planning on using this service, because the customer service department is only worried about their bottom line, not the customer's satisfaction.
