Fortified Records Paul Pontillo ripped me off over $500 Bridgeport Connecticut

This business has charged me hundreds of dollars in promising to produce a 10 song cd with exclusive beats. Any time I booked studio time, another Artist was there on my time. I cleaned the studio to help out. I recorded a total of 4 original songs and was outrageously priced a large sum, so decided to make montly payments. I kept making these payments, and our contract changed to unlimited studio usage. I borrowed money from man different people, showed up with cash with witnesses and he would claim he would print up a receipt. I have even made payments through paypal. After forking up what I couldn't really afford but hope would have a nice finished product, made appointments that he claimed had to cancel....every time. 

My mother had wasted so much money in gas to show up and time as we sat there and he never showed up. 

To top this, totally changed my music to what he wanted, not what I wanted. As I kept paying and paying for sessions I never received, finally lied to him and said I was marrying in a month so could I use the free studio time for an emergency wedding song surprise. To my surprise, I was told I would have to pay.

Then he would put me on the phone with other people telling me that they had no idea about unlimited studio time/montly payments I had made. 

I had been scammed so bad and made a report to the BBB with no results.

All in all, I knew it was fraud from the beginning but kept having hope these "coincidences and cancellations" were fluke, but nay. This company needs to be looked into, I am not the only customer outraged.
