This a*s hole Thomas Butler makes people all excited after they read his book Short Sale Magic and how he guarantees that you will make alteast $25 grand in first 90 days is BS... in his book he is using samples that his company is called Fortress Investments LLC but hi is ripping people off using another name...
If you get involved in his system you will kill alot of your quality time for nothing unless you one of a million lucky winner... *you know the odds to that* He states in book that the rist in this business is as big as you bein hit by a buss *close to nothing* False because you risk to purchase house and not bein able to sell it and many many other reasons...
He states you will not have to get loan to buy houses short sale BS "he might not get loan because he has money by seling his BS books" I regret wasting my time for his False information
