On December 28, 2018 I ordered a forklift from these people. I got an order number but thats it. They said I would receive it within 7 days. No item ever received. They took $89.90 And 72c out of my bank account for a total of $90.62 on December 31, 2018.
Today, January 14, 2019, I received a cell phone cable in the mail from them, which I didn't order. The label says: Cell phone charge(HandPoweradForkliftLetsYouEasilyLiftOver300lbsof. All run together like I wrote it. I didn't see all this until I opened it. There is no way to send it back. The address is run off the page. But the phone number is 18101572787 and it is from: zouhui.
