Default of rent payment, damages, default on utilities. ($16,190.92)Scammer rented a home with "records" of great employment and standing. Even the agencies said he was fine. But after sourcing other avenues I saw scam reports all over. Identical situation as the previous scam report (Stating money is coming in, etc) only in Toronto, Canada.
I have a court Claim that has been served and he did not show up for the court date (Richmond Hill Claims Court - Claim Number - SC71-88842-00).
If he doesn't return and make a defence at the next hearing he will be reported at Immigration and Customs. In turn they will arrest him. Can't wait.
Let me know if anyone knows of his whereabouts.
No coming and going for him. He is on the run.
Unless, of course, he pays.
Then the file will be cleared.
Good Luck Frank (Fotios) or who ever you go by now.
