Foundation Financial Group LLC Employee Scams and Terrible Environment to work in! Marrieta Georgia

When I got hired for FFG they had made the picture seem so clear that I would be making 100,000 dollars a year by simply calling people on the phone. They had made it seemed like they were the best mortgage company to work for until I got inside and seen how they actually work. We have to lie to the customers to work with us by saying that the government had contracted to contact them. We also have to learn how to handle getting someones social security number to pull credit even though they lie and say they are not. No one is watching you to pull credit and there is no background check to work with the company. I hated lying to customers to get their info to turn them down for a loan. All we had to do was get application. They tell us that we are market professionals and we do mortgages when in fact we just take apps and hand them down to three people. We do have to sign a paper saying that if you leave they will charge you $500!!! What kind of company does this. They know that you are going to quit and that is motivation to stay because of their lousy 1000 a month salary. I seen people come and go seven people in my first week. We had to call people all day from 9 to 730 and you had to call the same 30 people over and over 3 times each time. This is ridiculous. Calling these same people all day and if you ask for leads they will say keep on dialing. You don't get treated like an adult because your managers are so immature "Lester Norwood and Micheal Covin". They give you the numbers game saying 2 AO's a week when you can barely get one a month and that one probably won't close because of their high fees!!! They also make someone pay for an AO to lock them down so they will be forced to do the loan so they can so called save money. This company will hire anyone because they don't invest any money into their employees at all. It takes a month to get paid and if u leave 500!!! So if you plan on working for them please don't this is the worst company out their to work for. Please don't believe the hype. Your life will be miserable and stressful due to the environment I never had time to spend with my kids. If you don't get 5 apps they act childish. This is not a professional environment and for a company to have only 5 employees there longer than a year its a problem. Please don't let Micheal Covin, Lester Norwood, Gerard Singfield, Becky Jordan etc. Scam you. They are the worst!!! Down with Foundation Financial. They don't value their employees therefore they won't value their customers.
