Cece Geddie from Four Paws on Main is the worst dog groomer I have ever seen. We just had a terrible experiece with her.

On Mar. 22, 2018, my husband dropped off our two dogs: Ryder, 25lbs cocapoo and Madie, mix, 58lbs at Four Paws on Main at 10:30 to let Cece do the grooming per our reservation. Cece said she requested payment pay with cash, I didn't think too much of it. So I was ok with such request. Ryder needed a full groom ( (bathing, nails and ears, plus full haircut to specific length). Madie needed a bath and nails only.

On Mar. 22 afternoon, I called Cece to check when we can pick up dogs at 15:52pm. Cece said she had bathed them at noon, but not finish yet, she will call me when they are ready. Till to 8:00pm, i still had not heard from Cece, so we drove there to see what was going on. Once we parked our car, Cece shortly opened the office door said they are not ready yet.

Our dogs had been there for about 9 hours and are not ready yet. Cece said she will call me when they are ready. So we returned home and went back her office at 9:30pm. We could see through her office window, she was triming Ryder's hair, Obviously, she just started. We didn't see where our dog Madie was. When we entered the office, Cece started to give us the run around, try to " explain ", so called explain why she has not been done her job yet.

Ryder's hair on his body was trimed only by the time she was giving all her excuses, beside that nothing has been done. Our other dog Madie only had a bath, no nails were trimmed . Our dogs stayed in Cece's place for 10 hours, that was the grooming service Cece provided during the 10 hours. Our dogs were starving and thirsty. Cece still requested me to pay the full amount $130 for the job she has not finished during the 10 hours. Cece said we can take Ryder back to her office on Mar. 23 to let her finish the job. That is just ridiculous!!!! We paid her $130 to buy a terrible lesson.

Cece Geddie is a terrible unprofessional pet groomer. I hope other dog owners do not bring their dogs to Cece Geddie to groom their fur babies. Her groomer certificate needs to be suspended indeed.
