Recently in the market for an Infiniti G35 coupe for wife's 40th birthday. Promulgated offers to several dealers for similar vehicles. I CLEARLY STATED ALL OFFERS WERE OUT THE DOOR. Received agreement from Musa Nazary, President of Fox Motors, in Woodbridge VA for me to purchase a 2003 G35 Coupe he had in his possession on his lot that he claimed was in great condition for 22.5K. Ran VIN with carfax & Infiniti, came back OK. Dealer had no complaints on this sight. Set deal at 22.5. OUT THE DOOR. Gave Dlr Amex 1K deposit. Relative drove me to dlr on 10/7 to pick up car. Weather was crappy. Vehicle had large chip in windshield, previously undisclosed. THEN I WAS TOLD I HAD TO COME UP WITH AN ADDITIONAL 199 in DOC FEES. Caveat Emptor, not worth killing deal for $199.

Paid for car and took to a location to store until wife's 40th. Since weather was crappy at pick up I went to inspect car closely on 10/11 and noticed front tires needed to be replaced. Took car to mechanic who ordered tires, & got great deal on Chrome wheels. Mech noticed slight undulations all over car. He stated looks like car had been in hail storm and then some crappy paintless dent repair guy did a half a*s job of removing. Large Chip in WINDSHIELD NOW MADE SENSE! Could not give hail damaged car to wife. Did not have time to return to dealer and give this guy enough grief to give me back my $$$. So, I resigned myself once again to the old Caveat Emptor and shelled out $1,500 to body shop to repair all dents and scratches.

LAST STRAW CAME TODAY WHEN WIFE AND I WENT TO REGISTER CAR AND WAS INFORMED WE HAD TO COME UP WITH NEARLY AN ADDITIONAL $750 IN TAXES. CONTACTED DEALER, THREATENED HIM TO NO AVAIL. DO NOT DEAL WITH MUSA NAZARY, FOX MOTORS. HE IS A LIAR AND A CHEAT.
