Well my story sounds as if someone posted it for me. Same people same unprofessional behavior.

My story starts back in January when I called Foxtons to list my house. Allison Lenkiewicz came to meet with my husband and I to list our house. The listing price was "perfect" according to Allison, who also stated that it was one of the lower priced houses in the neighborhood at that time and was also a lot nicer and had more property. From that original "perfect" price we have come down several times and now have it listed $25,000 lower.

I stressed the importance of selling my home as quick as possible. I gave birth to premature twins that were being hospitalized and the medical bills I was incurring could bankrupt me. I really needed to sell my home to take care of my children. I was assured it would sell within 3 months. I received 3 messages from Allison in 3 1/2 months to say she was going on vacation and would not be in the office.

In April I received a call from someone in Foxtons saying there was an offer made on my home and I should call back if I wanted to accept it. I made a counter offer, without a phone call from Allison, without any advise or guidance from Foxtons. About 2 days later I received another call from someone else saying I received a counter offer, once again, no call from Allison, no advice, no guidance. I never heard back from Foxtons.

Two weeks later after finding out that the counter offer was never presented and the buyers walked away and several unreturned calls to Allison, I asked to terminate my contract with Foxtons so I can work with a new realtor. I was given the conditional withdrawal form. I called and spoke with Dan Colantuoni, who said he read my file and would discipline Allison for not discussing the offers with me and for not returning my calls. He appointed one of best agents who encouraged me to lower the price again (an additional $13,000) and it would sell a lot faster.

About 3 weeks later an offer came in close to $35,000 lower than the new asking price and I was told not to be stupid the house was not worth that much. Foxtons priced the house and is now saying it's not worth it?? I finally agreed and signed the contract. During attorney review I was told a higher offer came in from someone who was putting more money down and better qualified. I agreed to contract with the second, higher offer. I was told they would send the contract to me that night and kill the original offer.

The next several days I called Foxtons to obtain the contract. I did not get a return call. After 3 days of no returned calls I received one from my lawyer that the original buyer backed out, I'm sure due to the lack of communication from Foxtons. I called Foxtons immediately and spoke with a manager who assured me there was a contract and my lawyer already had a copy. I was never made aware of any second contract, only the offer and that they accepted. I asked that a copy be sent to me so I can sign. He assured me that I would have it by the end of the day.

Four days later I'm still calling, still waiting, no contract. I then received a call from a "manager" saying the second buyer was not interested because they never heard back from Foxtons, 5 days after they signed the contract and it was not in attornery review. I once again called Dan Colantuoni to ask why Foxtons once again let an offer fall apart. He could not give me an answer only that these things happen. Then we were suddenly disconnected. I immediately called back and he was unavailable. I left a voice mail for him to get back to me to finish our conversation and left a number where I could be reached.

No returned call. When I arrived home there was a message from Dan saying his cell phone had died and I should call him direct, (the same number I left him a voicemail on), but the number on caller id was his cell. So that is just one more lie to add to Foxtons management tactics.

I have also asked 2 separate realtors from Foxtons, to have an open house and still there has not been one, that was a month ago.

I'm going to file complaints with any and all consumer reports possible. I will seek legal and financial justice. If anyone has names of companies I can file complaints to please respond.

Buyers beware. Foxtons should be shut down.

Foxtons Employees are like robots

AUTHOR: B.s. - (U.S.A.)

All foxtons employees are robots, guaranteed if you called to have them come value your new home you would get the exact same sales pitch. The employees are like "puppets" they do as they are told the managers do not give in for anything don't even try to get an unconditional withdrawel it will never happen. They do not sell houses plain and simple. I've been through this with them and it was the worst experience of my life I'd rather pay a realtor 10% commission then ever deal with a discount firm again. Full service YEAH RIGHT-- your lucky if you get half service and that's really a stretch. When my home was listed all the agent ever told me was lower my price that's how they get you, they tell you what you want to hear then when they have you they think they can control you and when you have had enough they give you a new agent that is good for about 2 weeks and then they do the same thing. You're better off waiting for your contract to run out and going with a REAL realtor. Good LUCK
