fragrancenet.com WWW.FRAGRANCENET.COM The company took my money, and for a month lost my order, then refused to give me my money back, or send the merchindise that i ordered for christmas, Its now the 17th December and its to late now to give these gifts even if the were to send them.     I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB, and The Indiana Attorney Generals office.   I my even consider takeing this to small claimes, and them paying all fees incured for doing so, with intrest.  when asked to speak to a manager, they refuse me that right.  As if there are just plenty of jobs out here that they could speak to a customer like that, and the management allow this is absurd. Best advice i could give is follow your gut, and stay away from this site or they will still your money to. This is sad that companies were suposed to be built on intrigrity, and respect, Now it all lies and deciet, They would steel your shirt off your back if you wasnt paying attention.  This company is a thief, they took my money from my card, and never sent the merchandise i ordered, they now wont speak to me and when they do there so rude to me, and wont let me speak to a customer service manager. and even hang up the phone on me, they wont return any calls, and refuse to give me back my money, or give me the two bottels of callong i ordered originaly. Im just apooled as to how someone could just steal from you like that and say there's no record of my order so i sent them a copy of my paypal account where it showed there tracking number,and item numbers, and the total they took off of my card. These people are crooks to still my christams pressents i paid for then lie about not reciveing them, and still keeping my money that belongs to me. I would not recomend this company to anyone. But to tell them to stay away from them. all of this over $55.12 Wow!
