This 57 year old gay male is active in the crystal meth community in Wilton Manors Florida.
He tested positive for Crystal Meth while on probation and got off by claiming he was taking nutritional suppliments.
Frank Campisano openly brags to EVERY ONE how he RIPPED OFF the Broward County Corrections and how stupid his probation officer is for believing him.
He spends too much of his time haning out with Crystal Meth dealers. Driving them around town and letting them store drugs in his appartment.
You are not safe with him around. He'll claim to be clean and sober. He is not. He is a thief and a liar.
