Frank Rascon All Days Contractors/All Days Electric Never completed work Georgetown Texas

Gilbert Aldaz a sales representative of Frank Rascons All Days Contractors company gave the initial estimate and inspection for my pool. We signed a contract on December 27, 2018 that the pool floor would be repaired, pool filtration system would be moved a few feet from its current location along with the electrical, the liner would be installed and a pressure test would be completed. The initial estimate for this work was 5,333$ with half due at signing of contract. The companies representative did provide me a insurance number and license number for the company which gave me the confidence to trust this company to do the work. The delays to the work started immediatly with the first being the plumber would move equipement while pool liner was still being picked and not yet created. Then the liner was delayed in shipment, then the plumber was not showing up to the jobsite. The job was supposed to have been completed in Feb. and I finally gave Frank Rascon a deadline of March 26,2018. He stated that if the work was not completed he would give me a refund. He is now delaying the refund and never completed any work.
