I have received many phone calls from a female who talks so fast that you have to listen a couple of times to understand. Today she threatened to go ahead with court proceedings unless I returned her call. I returned she wasn't there I left a message for her to call back. She did, right away she was the rudest person I have ever encountered . Many threats of holding my assets to putting a freeze on my accounts. She kept on insisting of calling me Mrs. after asking her to call me Miss. She still called me Mrs. just to make me mad, which it did. Holding the phone out 12 inches from my ear because she was yelling so loud, everyone in my house could hear her, and after many insults and her asking what my disability was and said that I committed fraud as well as not paying back a charge card, the rudeness was counterproductive I was getting no where I asked to speak to a supervisor she said she was the super and that I was s**t out of luck, I finally hung up on her. After cooling down, I called back, a female answered, I explained what happened and as she laughed she said get a lawyer I would need one and that she was the only one I could talk to. This time she hung up on me. Encounter over with can't wait for her to call tommorrow!

I have been dealing with harassment from these people and I was wondering what ever happened with you? What was the outcome. I am worried about them threatening me.
