Franklin Credit Management / Tribeca Lending Purchased foreclosed loan falsely reported it as an open loan Jersey City New Jersey

IN 2006 my niece  stole my identification. She used this to buy a home and forced me to sign paperwork in order to be released. The home was foreclosed on and the loan was sold several times with GMAC selling to Select Portfolio Services and them selling the loan to Franklin Credit Management WHILE the home was in foreclosure. The property was foreclosed on by the main mortgage holder and GMAC in 2010 and sold for unpaid taxes by Wayne County Michigan in fall of 2010. The main lender Countrywide listed the home on my credit report as foreclosed and the account closed. GMAC did also, but after the loan was sold to Franklin, they listed the home which has been foreclosed on and sold to a third party four years ago as an active loan and continue to attempt to collect on a foreclosed loan by reporting it falsely as an active loan.
