On August 25, 2007, I was waiting for a red light to change in Grand Prairie Texas. As I was sitting in my truck, I felt a push from behind and realized I had been rear ended. I immediately got out of my truck and went to the vehicle (car #2) behind me to find out if anyone was hurt. There was a lady and two passengers very histerical and yelling at the women in Car #3 (Fred Loya) for hitting her car. The police came, the fire department came, the ambulance came. Car #2 (Farmers) was adiment that her passengers where going to the hospital.

The front of car #2 was damaged pretty bad. My bear bumper was smashed into the bed of my truck. Car #3 was hardly damaged and the rear of Car #2 was barely damage. The police gave me the paper that stated everyone had insurance, so I thought, great, this should go pretty smoothly. Boy was I wrong.

Now here is where Fred Loya and Farmers Insurance are both getting away with not fixing my truck. Car #3 says she hit Car #2 after Car #2 had already hit Car #1 (me). Car #2 says Car #3 hit her first and then pushed her car (#2) into my truck. So both insurance companies are refusing to pay for my truck.

Here is where Fred Loya Insurance (Car #3) gets by without taking responsibility. Fred Loya has taken responsibility for the rear damage only on Car #2 (Farmers), because according to their client, she hit Car #2 after Car #2 had already hit me (Car #1). So according to Fred Loya, they are not responsible for my truck. Now Car #2 (Farmers) will not pay for my truck either, because according to their client, Car #3 pushed her into my truck.

Now Car #2 has an attorney and has closed her case with Farmers, even though Fred Loya did not pay to have the front of her car fixed, only the rear.

So since Car #2 has closed her case, and Car #3 has only admitted responsibility for the rear damage of Car #2 and has paid the claim, Car #3, Fred Loya, has now closed the case. Which leaves me, innocent American, having to pay $1800 to get my truck fixed. Of course I now have my wonderful insurance company, State Farm, going after both of these awful insurance companies.

So now I wait for State Farm to file a binding arbitration case against both Farmers and Fred Loya. Eventually I should be able to get my money back, but the stress and time lost dealing with what I call very corrupt insurance companies is apalling.

Even though the police report stated Car #3 hit Car #2, which then hit me, (Car #2), I was told by Fred Loya that it was just an asumption of what happend by the police officer.

So my words of wisdom for everyone.
If you are ever in a fender bender with more than one vehicle, get witnesses.
Then if you hear the other vehicles have Farmers Insurance or Fred Loya, be prepared to be taken advantage of.
