In the summer of 2007 I took my 1996 toyota camry for airbag check and I was told that I need it a computer module, with parts and labor cost me close to 600.00 dollars.Pretty expensive for a old car but it was a safety issue,it's my daughters car. I drop the car on a thursday and it was pick up on a saturday.

Before we left the dealership we notice that letter Y in the back tail light for the word camry was gone. I notify Mr.Jimmy Arroyo in the service department about it and he said maybe when the car was wash by the dealership the letter fell off. So he told me to call Mr. Frank Ojeda and he would look into it.

I did call and Mr. Ojeda and said for me to come by and he's service manager a Fred Mendoza would look at it and make a decision.I was told by Mr. Ojeda that Fred Mendoza said that he ageed in getting the letter only and I said fine that's what I need. They said call me next week and I did.Everytime that I call it was the same story week after week, month after month, hey sorry we still looking and we can't find it.

So I took care the situation by getting a different tail light for the car and it looks awesome it's even better than the original one. But I was still mad because I did there job and when I demanded for them to do the right thing they told me to call Fred Mendoza and when he finally decide to call me back, He said flat out we are not going to pay for your letter, because those letter come in a panel and it cost them 210.00.He had no courtesy and also tried to implied that I lost that letter somewhere else in other words I was lying and after that we got into a heat it argument, I couldn't believe I was arguing with a service manager what ever happen to customer service.

After that I wrote a email to the dealership and a Mr. Richard Self call me back that same day, that was back in November of 2007 saying don't worry we get to the bottom of this bla, bla, bla after that I never talk to him again over the phone,I've tried several emails and some phone call and guess what today is april,3 2008 he wrote back and said that he couldn't do anything because Fred Mendoza is the service manager.I email him back and told him are you kidding me,he's wrong and there's no one that could help me.

Please if there's someone out there that could help not let this individuals above mention get away with this please notify me.It's not about the letter, because I all ready took care of it.It's about customer service and if you leave your car in the trust of someone and something happens to it they should be held responsible for it. They did it to me and they'll do it to anyone so let's put a stop to it. Thank You.
