Frederic Ballot of European Vintage Car Co obtained a new title for my 1948 MG and sold the car to a person in Italy. I never sent the title and I did not receive the money as promised. The new Italian owner paid Frederic in full.

1. This is correct
2. The shipping company did not obtain the title, either. So where did the duplicate title come from Frederic Ballot?
3. Correct. You would not answer my emails nor my phone calls.
4. Why would you THINK this, Frederic Ballot?
5. Does name make a diference? Terrible reputation either way. The number of people who have emailed me with similar stories is amazing.
6. This is a lie. I repeatedly emailed and telephoned. Nothing in return.
This will not be removed Frederic Ballot until you send me the money you owe me.

I would to bring a few correction to this report
1. This issue happened in 2010/2011 and not 2014
2. I never obtained another title in order to ship the car, the shipping company never contact me again telling they still had Tom's car.
3. We stop communicating with Tom in 2011
4. I even thought Tom got his car back from L.A
5. The name of the company is not Frederic Ballot but European Vintage Car Company LLC
6. Tom never tried since 2011 to communicate with me by the way he has my email address
Accusing me of obtaining amother title well knowing Tom still had the original title are strong accusation with no proof. If Tom can find in any state, I have tried to obtain another title on my name then this report is justified otherwise it should be removed right away.
