I dont know who this company are, I have never heard of them, I have not used my card for at least 6 months now - and for some reason, they processed a transaction!

So, I just wonder who they are...!

This is fraud!

We have searched our database, but there was not enough information provided in the report to find the account about which Derek wrote.  Derek, would you please contact us directly at 09-800-4374-3637?  This is a toll-free call from South Africa.  Our Customer Care center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we want to resolve the issue you have reported.

 

Since we could not find Dereks account, we are not yet able to give particulars about the charges that he received.  However, the only way that Derek could have received a charge from iFriends is if his credit card and personal information were used to access premium services on the iFriends website.  If Dereks card has been used fraudulently or without his authorization, we will work diligently with him to resolve the issue and make sure that all charges are refunded.  We will also cooperate fully with any law enforcement or investigative agencies that Derek may wish to involve.

 

Our company has been in business for 14 years, and we are proud of our record of fair dealing and honest business practices.  We strive to do everything in our power to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
