Freedom Boat Club/ Long Island, NY Care Free Boat Club I leased my boat to them and they have not paid me or storage facility in 12 months. Freeport, New York

On 2009 I enrolled my boat into the Freedom Boat Club to help offset the cost of ownership. I signed a lease agreement that I received from the Freedom Boat Club (Dan Frank). They were to lease my vessel for a period from March 2009 to November of 2010 and pay me $400 a month with 7% penalty for late payments. They were also responsible for maintenance and storage during the lease period. To date they owe the storage facility about $3,000 and they have not paid me in 12 months bringing the total due me to more than $5,000. I have made several attempts to collect and given them every opportunity to make some type of new payment arrangement, but Dan Frank constantly gives me the runaround and lets deadlines come and go. They do not know how to manage their business and take advantage of people.
