And will not send me proof of my monthly premium payment. Fort Worth Texas

From 06/01/2017 Freedom Life Insurance of America been taking monthly Bank draft from my account. I had to get insurance due to I was in very bad pain. Calling around to get coverage.. called me back File 5/5/2017 everything sounded good but it was a lie. I was so sick in very bad pain my card came in the mail like 5/25/2017 l called to see if I was covered they said no so I waited until 6/1/2017 and called back told her that I had to go to the emergency room.long story 6/9/2017 I went found out kidney stones that claim still the review process..On top of that had to go see urologist on 7/10/2017 call bills and claims still the review process..On 01/08/2018 was told I needed to bring$4,000 in to the doctor's office a day before my surgery 01/09/2018 and I called in 12/2017 in time for the one time upgrade.. This was it for me so I called and cancelled the day I was going to have this surgery that I need 01/09/2018. Lord willing I will deal with the pain. They said they will send my check in the mail in 21 days and if I needed them just call and they will put me back on.. right What I don't understand if they BANK DRAFT the money off why can't they put in back on.. Thank you..
