When we accepted a call from our mortgage company to refinance, we were stated certain terms. When we finally got the papers (2 months latter than promised) they were not as stated. We only received a check for 74.00 from our escrow account. The rest they removed and put in the new escrow. Also if you pay extra on your mortgage they put it in unapplied funds. They do not apply it to your loan.
