FREEDOM RESOURCE offered a credit card with the one time member fee of 221.95 takin from my bank by debit, to find corruption WOODSTOCK Georgia

Well first off they offered a credit card with the one time member fee of 221.95 takin from my bank by debit, then when i called Few weeks later to find out about this card they told me of course it will be sent in few days. well i waited more weeks and still no card so i called again on 678-239-0133 then i told them it should never take this long for a credit card i demaned my money back, o.k. so they sent me a form which i did get telling me to fill it out and send it backin a certified mail in which i did costing addtional money now it has been sighed for on 01-20-03, but i have yet to recieve my money, i would like to know what should be my next step? disapointed and feel like ???? once i see them.
