FREEDOM SCOOTERS AKA BMX SCOOTERS (after a name change recently) IN DALLAS, TX is knowingly selling mildewed, rusty scooters with broken parts and even the boxes have obvious mildew spots on the outside. With 2 or 3 day shipping, this damage is not caused by the shipper. Even the parts department and sales people are aware of this problem, but blame the Manager TERRY for sending this trash out. The rust causes problems with steering, the seat and parts break easily on these rusty scooters. They claim they are new, but obviously this damage is either from a leaky roof in their warehouse or being shipped from China. They should return these damaged scooters instead of selling them to retail merchants and leaving us stuck with the loss. They will not give parts that are needed to fix any damage. They do not exchange anything, and basically you are stuck with it. They promise certain colors and send a whole pallet with only 2 colors instead of calling to inform you that they do not have your correct order. They have mysteriously changed their name over the last few months and are operating under the name of BMX SCOOTERS now.

The customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, and TERRY should be fired because of his arrogant rude attitude. The only way you can talk to them is to drive to Dallas, TX no matter where you live because they won't return phone calls or emails. They should be shut down for their horrible deceptive business practices. We have taken a huge loss due to this because the first order went smoothly, then when we placed a large order we had more problems than we can afford to fix. They are no help at all. We will never do business with them again. BUYER BEWARE!! DON'T BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD A TRIP TO PICK THEM UP AND INSPECT THE BOXES AT TIME OF PURCHASE! Also, assume that you will never get replacement parts, and that the scooters are the most lousy junk on the market with non-working horns, headlights don't work, scratches and broken plastic inside the box, rust, mildew, chargers that won't charge and batteries that won't hold a charge. This is only a small list of problems. Out of 12 scooters, 12 will have problems. There are plenty of other dealers out there, do an internet searches and find them. If we join together for a class action suit maybe they will learn a lesson. If we quit buying from them, maybe they will finally get out of the business altogether instead of HIDING BEHIND A NAME CHANGE!!
