Lightning Express MO purchased 2 34 ft enclosed trailers on 11/2015 for our transportation business. With in 30 days of purchase screws started backing out all over the trailers. The tires started blowing out with in the first 3 months of purchase. With in one year both roofs pealed back like sardine cans. Upon contacting Freedom Trailers I was told by Mark the GM that he would repair our trailers and make them as good as new. We dropped the trailers off on 1/05/2017 and picked them back up on 1/10/2017. When purchased I payed extra money for a one piece aluminum roofs and what I got was an 8ft piece of roof repair with a seem in it and a bill for $400.00 for screwing the loose screw back in. Upon inspection we still had screws sticking out of the trailer. We have had to pay for welding all over the trailers the tounge actually split and the GM told me your driver did such a nice job we don't have to replace it. I do this for a living and I am warning everyone if you want the cheapest built using all inferior materials you MUST BUY A FREEDOM TRAILER IF YOU WANT A QUALITY BUILT USEABLE TRAILER DON'T BUY A FREEDOM TRAILER. It will save you a lot of heartache.

Lies Lies Lies if my driver had wrecked the trailer I would have turned it into my insurance as I pay out the a** for insurance my driver was driving down the highway when a passer by flagged him down and pointed to the roof my driver has the passer bys info that's what happens when you deal with a company that is a ripoff artist as is Freedom Trailers these trailers are the biggest piece os sH** known to man. I travel the whole country and after the way I was treated when picking up my trailers I will let every person I come into contact with know what kind of trailers these are. You know what really bothers me we were always getting compliments on the trailers how good they looked and we always praised Freedom now I will have my drivers carry pics of the roofs and tell every person about the dealings we had. So save yourself from the aggravation of dealing with a bunch of liars and thieves. We specialize in exotic, high end and classic cars and we meet with a whole lot of people as we travel the whole US with 5 trucks. By the way I don't care who from Freedom responds I know what I was told from Mark and it was nothing but a BOLD FACE LIE and to charge me and hold my trailers hostage till I paid them cash who does business this way RIPOFFS enough said.

For your information on the lie from Tony & Lightning Express,
First of all Tony with Lightning Express didn't bother to inform anyone that both of his trailers had been severely damaged by his drivers,he didn't mind telling Mark the GM of Frredom that he hadn't seen the trailers he only buys the trailers.
The entire side of one of the trailers had been hit terribly at the rear & the roof was buckled up hince maybe caused the problem he was having with his roof.
The second trailer in question was also damaged,the driver for that one had backed into something big to tear up the rear end,I will not argue that some of the screws had backed out but because of all the damage that was already done to the trailer noone could say what caused the screws to back out.
We have a 5 year structural warranty that we definitely stand behind.
Freedom can't help that this world is full of iriate people & Tony definitely fits that bill even his driver was trying to apologize for his behavior which consisted of him cussing everyone with any authority out to the point he was hung up on several times,we build a good product,we have never said they are perfect but we do stand behind our product & if Tony was so interested in his traielrs then maybe he should take some time out of ranting & put his eyes on what he bought & maybe talk with the drivers about abuse.
He agreed to pay for the cosmetic repairs that he ask us to do then pitched a fit about paying,some people are always looking for something for nothing.
