Freelancer.com AKA scam-lancer Scamming people New South wales Sydney

I can't believe that such a big name is involved in Scamming. Shame on you freelancer. I completed 2 projects on 13th August 2017. 1s- 230 usd 2nd - 100 usd The employer released the payment and gave a good review and marked the projects completed. That day I filed a withdrawal request of 12000 INR. Next day on 14th August I got a mail that the withdrawal has been cancelled because of verification of identity. In this mail I was told to submit identity proofs and I did it. I checked my account and found that the money was deducted and it was even made negative (-35 usd). I contacted the customer care and they asked my username to check. After I shared them my username they are not replying. After some time I got a mail that the IDs are accepted but the amount is returned to the employer because I accepted an invalid project. Also it was written in the mail that I need to contact the employer for the money and I tried it too but came to know that he has already blocked me and I am unable to text him. My question is for this Scam-lancer If the project was invalid why the hell you allowed it in your site? If the project was completed why the hell you deducted the money from my account? Also when I talked to a customer care executive in Twitter he said that all the money has been reversed to the employer but what about my money? How can u pay my money to someone else? Now you are not replying to my mail. You are such a big company but you are doing this type of scams. I am sure you are involved with some scammers and doing the same thing as you have done with me today. After this I read some websites where there are many peoples have been scammed in the same way. If you need money why not sell your own mother and sisters.
