I recieved an Offical Notice stating that I had won $4,687.63. with a reply date of 12-19-2006. It was on a form with a bar code number and a form number FL Form 100s. They state that they need the Winning first Round number before they could send the money to me. I provided all required information and submitted my claim. The e-mail was signed by a Mr. Michael J. Armstead
