On their web site freeringers.net you can't check for particular ringers for my cell phone before buying a subscription just to find out after the fact that they don't have it. I told them that this is not a way to do business and that they are a rip off well attached you will see an e-mail that they sent me. The language used well it speaks for itself somebody needs to report these idiots and they need to have their ***es kicked also.

Embellished email, no foul language

Looking at our email logs I show our reply, but minus the last paragraph the customer included above. Also, there's no foul language in the email (not even in the embellished email posted here). However, the customer's message to us was filled with foul language. We're not going to post the customer's email for privacy reasons, but we will say that the "F" word was used 4 times and "a**hole" was mentioned twice. Basically, we used no foul language but the customer used a *lot* of foul language.
Pertaining to the customer's problem, the customer was just spelling "Restless" incorrectly which is why no results were found. Also, instead of searching for "ER" she was searching for "Emergency Room" which again yielded no results. Searching for both "The Young And The Restless" and "ER" would yield the results the customer was looking for.
