5/26/05 I walked into the store and asked about a memory card. They started off with $75.00 and we came down to $50.00 for the 128MB memory card. However we negoitated the price with the store. The two salesman sounded very unprofessional. The guy would go on saying this is a good memory card to buy for the MP3 Player.

After I arrived I checked my computer finding out the average price for the Kingston 128MB memory card was from $15.00 to $20.00. I felted that I was being ripped off.

So I walked back to the store and showed them the Comp USA store price. I asked them, Do you want to make the customer happy and will do business with you in the future? They say yes. I said ok then how can you help us. The guy said well, this is the base price in this store. I said but your recipt says wholesale and market price and you charged me over the market price. He said, "yes that basically right." I said, well isn't that a rip off? He said "No, it is based on the price of the store and he claimed it cost him $8,000 to buy the memory cards. I said well ok, that means you do not want to do business with me. So I walked away from the store.

This here tells me they do not want to make their customers happy and the customers are always right.

The product was brought BEFORE not AFTER I checked the internet price. You have already lost a customer you will lost many cutomers by word of mouth.

It's not their fault you did the research after you bought it...it's yours. You bought memory at a general electronics store? Of course you'll get bent over on the price...sheesh...unbelievable.
