RUN FOR THE HILLS - Jason the owner is the most unprofessional business man I have ever met. WE got our laminate floor throughout our entire 2600 square foot home around three years ago, and have been chasing him down ever since. Right out of the gate we had problems. Finally after three years, he agreed to change out the floor, and put in a new tile floor as he himself shared along with his partner that this floor was defective. We even offered him, against our better judgement, to give him more work which involved extending the new tile floor into the kitchen since we had an open floor plan. We were going to pay another $5K for the extension. We thought offering him a litlte more he would step up to the plate and make good on his promise. After all was said and done, this was to be done in November when I got back into town. I could not reach him. The messaging stopped, the voicemails stopped and he was no where to be found. We even called him out of concerned hoping nothing was wrong with his elderly mother and still nothing. He did NOT back up what he said he would do and that was replace the floor. He comes across as a really nice guy, but I am telling you.. .we paid around $10K for this floor, his partner and other people from his company came and all agreed the floor was defective and should be replaced, and we still are waiting. I don't know who is making his reviews, but we have been more than patient with him and his company, and we are now at the point we are trying to warn others you are in for nothing but problems if you choose to have this company and Jason do the work. Really do your homework and don't believe the bullshit he gives you about how the reviews started after he hired someone from another well name company that gave his company a bad name. Not true~ The fish smells from the head down and Jason is the head of this company. If I were you considering flooring or anything for that matter where your home is concerned, I would go elsewhere. For the record, I started posting reviews yesterday. Jason texted me and threatened me with attorney action for defaming his name. I shared with him that any attorney in his right mind would not take this case as I am telling the truth. I shared he would call me yesterday; then again tonight. Still no calls - now why doesn't that surprise me. He will never make right on his promise to fix his mess. My floors btw are not only separating at the molding between rooms that have fallen apart, but the floors have separated between columns. I have fallen three times in my own home from this mess and at this point will have to look elsewhere with another company to fix it. This company does not back up what they say, and has absolutely NO customer service you can count on. You would be better off going to a bigger company and taking your chances than falling for Jason's line of crap on how honest he is and all the reason's his company is best suited for you.
