In my opinion there is no human emotion or freshness or true savings from this Cyborg dominanted group of stores that is if one veiwed the episode of Star Trek when Jean-Luc Picard assimilated in to Locotus of the Borg Collective group of planets . So in my opinion we now have are own Cyborghood market. Just entering the frozen food section of the market I noticed warped cardboard food containers that would lead me to believe at least in my opinion that the product could have been thawed at some point. I made the mistake of purchasing such a product which I will never do again. I saw plenty of fruits and vegetables that in my opinion were of walmart quality at wholefoods prices. The quality of their store or excuse me Cyborghood market were less than desired. This in my opinion is what happens when you eliminate the species known as the human or assimilating a human with a computerized machine turn neighborhood markets into a cyborg Shangri-La. Call their corporate office number dial zero for the operator Cyborgs do not answer must reprogram. Cyborgs just don't understand the grocery business so please bring back that great human qualitys aka fairness, honesty, humility. Profit vs. People don't make sense in the food game.

what a great idea...

AUTHOR: Tyg - ()

What a great idea, the problem is the consumer is the root of the overall problem. See these corporations NO LONGER wish to allow humans. Humans make mistakes that cost them money. Humans buy the customers BS stories and break policy because they feel pity. Humans get upset when a customer rants and rails for whatever petty reason.

If you want to see a more "human" approach, then the American consumer needs to stop all those actions that caused the corporations to pull back. Customer service doesnt mean that YOU get to abuse the employees. Customer service doesnt mean that you can bring a product back two weeks after the return date and expect to get anything. Customer service doesnt mean that you get to make a fool of yourself in public and expect to get anything except arrested. I am simply pointing out some of the base reasons that the corps use. They want to help a customer and give great service but the American consumer is so filled with a sense of their own importance and a self entitlment attitude that its no longer financially fesable.

The customer is NOT always right. That nice little saying feel to the wayside once the customer started scamming and stealing. More often then not the customer is WRONG and just wants their way like a little child. Tempertantrums and all. So once the corporations see that the consumer isnt out to screw them, you will see a upswing in the HUMAN area.

I would also point out that all the things you want to see out of a business, THEY want to see out of the customer. Honesty, Fairness, Humility. Until they do, then profit is all they get.
